GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to manage product quality from the customer's perspective and serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.

You will handle customer quality issues, lead root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA/IPQA and Supply Chain to ensure timely resolution and robust quality performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main contact for customer quality issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Manage customer complaints, RTVs and quality claims, including investigation, containment and follow-up actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor customer quality performance, including complaints, defect trends, yield impact and claim frequency.
• Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards and updates to customers and internal management.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA/IPQA and Supply Chain teams to drive quality improvements.
• Support customer audits, quality reviews and compliance activities, including tracking and closure of audit findings.
