You will lead 8D reports, coordinate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, and Quality & NPI teams, and support customer audits to drive continuous improvement based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer complaints and RMA cases
• Lead 8D reports, including: Root cause analysis, Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with internal teams: Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality and NPI
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
• Track and improve: Customer satisfaction, Field return rates
• Support customer audits and quality reviews
• Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback
