Job summary

SILICON BOX is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to manage customer quality issues in Singapore. You will lead containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention to ensure high customer satisfaction with semiconductor products.

The role requires working with cross-functional teams, delivering technical analyses, and supporting audits and quality plan improvements to sustain product reliability and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor production experience; at least 3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review of customer documents and translate requirements into internal processes.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead issue-resolution with RCA, containment, corrective actions, and prevention.
• Provide engineering insights and customer-focused presentations.
• Analyze data to validate risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Support audits, change management, FMEA reviews, and control plan evaluations.
• Identify trends and actions to meet Customer Quality Scorecard goals.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
