Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated order fulfilment specialist to manage customer accounts, process POs, quotes and RFQs, and handle order changes across the end-to-end cycle.

You will provide timely order status updates, maintain data in the ERP/MRP system, coordinate with production, procurement and logistics to resolve delays, and contribute to process improvements for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer orders, POs, quotes, RFQs and order changes.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and order documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination with production, procurement, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and handle enquiries, orders and requests.
• Process POs, quotations, RFQs and order changes.
• Provide customers with updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain sales and job orders in the ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Work with production, procurement, logistics to resolve delays.
• Prepare open order reports and maintain order documentation.
• Identify potential delays and escape issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance service and fulfilment efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
