Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
• Retrieve purchase orders and submit invoices via customer portals.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, fulfilment and billing matters.
• Coordinate customer returns with Warehouse and Sales.
• Issue credit and debit notes when required.
• Handle documentation, paperwork and data updates.
• Perform general administrative duties.
