Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service and/or supply chain experience in telecommunications, data centers, or networking industries.
• Solid understanding of shipping regulations, customs, and trade compliance in Malaysia.
• Experience with inventory management processes including cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customer and business, resolving supply issues.
• Manage order processing and support customer inquiries and issues.
• Monitor and implement inventory strategies to ensure optimal levels.
