Salary Range: 3,200 - 3,800 SGD

Our client is a leading supply chain and logistics management specialist. They are currently looking for a Customer Focus Executive (Freight) to be based in their Changi AirFreight Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
  • Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
  • Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
  • Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
  • Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations

Requirements & Preferences
