Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field
• Two years of experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods or contact centre/e-commerce
• Strong communication and listening skills with empathy
• Proficient English and local market language for supporting region

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant channels
• Identify and analyse customer issues and offer strategic solutions
• Accurately process data using systems while following data security policies and escalating issues
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and propose improvements
• Collaborate with the customer service team for after-sales support
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and go the extra mile
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System
