Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses using customer information.
• Must be a strong communicator with effective listening and good phone etiquette.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems and the ability to learn new ones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the language of the supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures to improve workflow.
• Deliver services to ensure highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform other duties to maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
