Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a客服代表 to deliver excellent service to partner brands across channels. You will diagnose issues, tailor solutions, and process data using multiple systems while upholding security policies.

The role requires strong communication and experience in luxury retail or e-commerce environments, with shifts including weekends as needed. Training and mentoring are provided within a global BPO setting, with a focus on career growth and performance recognition.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a diploma or degree in any field.
• Two years of retail sales or customer service experience in luxury/high-end goods or contact centre/e-commerce activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local market language.
• Ability to use multiple systems and tailor responses to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify and analyze customer issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Accurately process data using company systems and adhere to data security policy.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to provide after-sales service.
• Uphold professionalism by following company policies and procedures.
• Build sustainable customer relationships by going the extra mile.
• Support maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
