Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field, 2 years of related experience preferred but fresh grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver services to maximize customer satisfaction following standard procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Contribute to continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
