Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 2 years related experience; however fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong English communication; ability to tailor responses and support to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to deliver strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, and procedures.
• Deliver services that maximize customer satisfaction and follow proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
