Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related work experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with partners and internal teams.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver services that maximize customer satisfaction and trust.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support the Quality Management System.
