Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, is seeking a dedicated customer support professional to provide excellent service across channels and identify customer needs while offering strategic solutions.

You will ensure first contact resolution, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while building lasting relationships with customers. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with strong time management and comfort with multiple systems required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of experience preferred; fresh grads encouraged.
• Strong time management
• Ability to multi-task across customer queries
• Excellent communication (listening, empathy, phone etiquette)
• Comfort with computers and multiple systems
• Excellent English and market-language communication

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, and procedures.
• Deliver the best services to ensure high customer satisfaction and proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support QMS improvements.
