Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related work experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer's needs and researching issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures.
• Deliver the best services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
• Any other duties as assigned to support quality management at TDCX.
