Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or higher; preferred Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years in a related customer-support role preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to multiple systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide clear, strategic solutions.
• Ensure first-contact resolution and proper follow-up to close cases.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and workflows.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and exceed expectations.
