Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable professional to manage customer orders and provide service excellence. The role covers order processing, returns, and documentation, while coordinating with Operations to ensure timely fulfilment.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in business-administration or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong ERP and Excel skills. Singapore-based, on-site work in Boon Lay environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, order processing, or customer support experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and order management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or meat processing environments will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through ERP systems.
• Manage order amendments, returns, exchanges, and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve fulfilment issues.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries relating to products, pricing, billing, and services.
• Prepare and process debit notes, credit notes, and other related documentation.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Monitor customer service performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Analyse customer feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service operations.
• Work closely with commercial and operations teams to support daily business activities.
• Assist in workflow planning, task allocation, and schedule coordination.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and documentation.
• Support ad hoc projects and operational requirements when needed.
