Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role emphasizes delivering service excellence and accurate order handling.

You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining precise records of customer and order data. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and end-to-end order management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Support the team in resolving customer complaints and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with order amendments, cancellations and delivery adjustments.
• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Process customer orders, order confirmations and delivery arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
