Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in order processing, admin, customer service, or logistics advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prioritise customer orders to maintain workflow.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently per SLAs.
• Verify order details including pricing, customer and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure smooth order flow.
• Update order status in the Order Management System.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics to fulfil orders.
• Support inventory reconciliation and verification activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Work with multiple teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
