Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a capable Customer Service / Order Management professional in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering service excellence, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate order records to support timely deliveries.

You will manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with amendments and delivery adjustments. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service or supply chain operations and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, wholesale or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and end-to-end order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Support the team in resolving customer complaints and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with order amendments, cancellations and delivery adjustments.
• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Process customer orders, order confirmations and delivery arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
