Responsibilities include managing bookings with spa software, answering inquiries by phone or email, processing payments, upselling services, coordinating with therapists, and maintaining clean reception areas.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in front-line hospitality, hotel reception, or luxury spa environments.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office and booking software), basic cash-handling abilities, and a neat, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, verify appointments, provide spa tours, escort guests to lockers or treatment rooms, and ensure a comfortable waiting environment.
• Manage booking, rescheduling, and cancellations via spa software, optimize therapist schedules, and assign treatment rooms.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messaging inquiries regarding treatment details, pricing, and promotions.
• Process payments accurately, handle check-ins and check-outs, reconcile daily cash floats and revenue reports, and manage retail or package cross-charging.
• Recommend signature treatments, promote retail skincare products, and drive membership or loyalty program sign-ups.
• Relay schedule changes, late arrivals, or guest preferences to therapists and spa management.
• Handle guest objections or complaints with empathy and elevate complex issues to Spa Manager.
• Keep reception desk, lobby, and retail areas clean, organized, and stocked with brochures and supplies.
• Maintain accurate client records, track daily summaries, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
