Aureus Group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced centre. You will handle inquiries, book trials, resolve issues, and drive overall customer satisfaction while upholding our standards in service and communication.

Weekend shifts are required to meet centre needs. You will collaborate with the Centre Team and leadership to foster a positive, responsive environment, support operations, and contribute to high client engagement

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field.
• Must be available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership abilities.
• Good written and spoken English; bilingual/trilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and address inquiries, bookings, and issues.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and efficiency.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication across channels and with management.
• Support growth by collaborating with the Centre Team and leadership.
• Handle SLAs and assist with centre operations, audits, and daily tasks.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction metrics and manage customer interactions.
