Aureus Group is seeking a customer service-focused professional to support our Aureus Academy centres in Singapore. The role emphasizes responsive inquiries handling, trial bookings, and issue resolution to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with centre leadership, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a vibrant company culture while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service across channels (Email/WhatsApp/phone).
• Resolve inquiries and issues to minimize student turnover.
• Coordinate with Centre Team and management for smooth operations.
• Maintain proactive, transparent communication aligned with core values.
