Qualifications

• Must have at least a diploma or higher; 2 years in related field preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task to meet customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.
• Strong listening, empathy, and phone etiquette to engage customers effectively.
• Able to work with computers and learn multiple systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up to close cases.
• Offer feedback on tools and procedures to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support quality management.
