Qualifications

  • Able to perform 2 rotating shifts within daytime working hours including weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain operation of system dashboard/portal and ensure customers get high quality service.
  • Respond swiftly to calls when activated and investigate cases.
  • Produce daily/monthly reports showing occurrences, such as email and call tracking.
