Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Executive for Cross Border & Transport to coordinate end-to-end cross-border road freight shipments between Singapore and neighboring countries, ensuring timely, cost-efficient movement and compliance with customs.

You will manage planning, documentation, carrier relations, and liaison with internal teams to deliver high service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or cross-border trucking operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore–Malaysia cross-border procedures and customs regulations.
• Knowledge of TradeNet and/or customs declaration systems.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess tertiary qualifications.
• Knowledge of HS codes and tariff classifications.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems or transport management systems (TMS).
• Knowledge freight costing and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor cross-border road freight shipments (FTL/LTL).
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse for pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and destination country customs rules.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or disruptions promptly.
