Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a CRM Campaign Support specialist to execute marketing campaigns and analyze customer data. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is advantageous. Job description
CRM Campaign Support
  • Support the execution of CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and properly segmented for campaign use.
Data & Reporting
  • Extract, review, and analyze CRM campaign data and customer metrics.
  • Track campaign performance such as open rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and simple dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify basic trends and insights from data to support optimisation.
Vendor & System Coordination
  • Work closely with external CRM system vendors for campaign execution, system support, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate requirements, timelines, and follow-ups with vendors.
  • Support CRM system testing, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
Internal Collaboration
  • Liaise with marketing, operations, and other teams to support CRM initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
Requirements
