A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking a Creative Manager, Producer (Digital and Social) to develop and deliver innovative digital campaigns for the Disney Adventure. The role requires a creative vision and 5+ years of experience in design and media production. Since launching in 1998, Disney Cruise Line (DCL) has established itself as a leader in the cruise industry, providing a setting where families can reconnect, adults can rechargeand children can experience all Disney has to offer. Today, the award-winning Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its blueprint for family cruising with a fleet of six ships — the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, andDisney Treasure — and seven more ships on the way, including the expanded relationship with Oriental Land Company Ltd. to bring Disney cruise vacations to Japan, by 2031. The Disney Cruise Line fleet sails to destinations in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, the South Pacific, and Australia and New Zealand. The Disney Adventure, setting sail in 2025, will be the first to home port in Singapore.
This Creative Manager, Producer (Digital and Social) role will be a key position, partnering hand in hand with Senior Creative, Manager with functional reporting line to Senior Manager, Media & Digital for Disney Adventure in Southeast Asia (SEA). You will deliver creative excellence to bring this dynamic ship to life for the consumer in Southeast Asia. You have a keen understanding of omni-channel creative and a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns. You thrive on producing the greatest creative work across all tactics. You will be a crucial part of supporting the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2026.
This role brings to life the creative vision for Disney Adventure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative, this individual will be have the creative craft and expertise to seamlessly develop best in class creative. Upholding the Disney Cruise Line brand and delivering creative that blends the authenticity of Disney Cruise Line and the distinctly Southeast Asia style. Generating world-class work to maintain Disney standards while resonating deeply with consumers in the region. Collaborating with creative agency and partners to understand overall creative direction. You will have the creative craft to adapt and produce creative assets for various application. You will have a suite of creative skills either across design, copywriting and art or digital graphic, editing and post-production. You have the ability to deliver tactical assets from input to delivery. On the pulse of pop culture with a keen understanding of the Disney brand.
