About Your Role
We are seeking a self‑motivated and talented Creative Executive with a strong background in videography, photography, and content creation. In this role, you will own the creative aspects of projects, focusing on visual storytelling and content production. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, your ideation abilities will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative strategies that captivate audiences and enhance brand presence.
What You Will Do
- Videography and Photography
- Shoot and edit short‑form videos/photographs for TSL Media Group, including but not limited to TSL, Eatbook, MustShareNews, etc.
- Apply creative techniques and critical thinking to deliver engaging, on‑brand videos.
- Stay updated on current trends and incorporate them into content production.
- Develop well‑thought‑out content outlines that are engaging and meet client objectives.
- Content Adherence & Campaign Management
- Ensure all videos meet the branding specifications and guidelines of the Creative team and the company.

- Take full ownership to handle client and organic campaigns from start to end, working closely with project managers and content strategists.
- Ideation
- Stay updated on the current social media landscape, including trending topics and the types of content that perform best on different platforms.
- Independently generate fresh, creative content ideas and segments that are on‑brand and have viral potential.
- Ideate for both advertorial and organic content across all platforms, including experimental and new content formats.
- Conduct thorough research and curate factual, relevant information to support the content creation process.
- Talent Utilization
- Identify and utilize talent for content appearing on TSL Media Group.
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a strong portfolio.
- Well versed in both photography and videography from pre‑ to post‑production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Creative thinker with a good understanding of digital content, the social media landscape and trending topics, and the ability to translate that into content ideas.
- Team player and independent in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to keep everyone on the same page and run things smoothly.
