Job description

Operations Coordinator (3 Positions Available)

📍 Location: Gul Drive
💼 Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + variable bonus
🚗 Transport: Allowance reimbursed for site travel (own car/motorbike is a plus)
🕘 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday (Half Day): 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  🗓️ Work Week: 5.5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Department Manager in supervising teams for installation, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment
• Ensure compliance with safe work procedures, manufacturer specs, and government regulations
• Coordinate internal administrative, logistics, and operational activities
• Liaise with client-side project teams to plan and fulfill project deliverables
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management
• Ensure all work meets company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in an operations or coordination role
• Prior experience in the construction industry is mandatory
• Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings is an advantage
• Comfortable with site work in a construction environment
• Possession of own vehicle (car/motorbike) is a plus
