Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal accounting policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit preparation and tax filings.

Cost Accounting & Analysis

• Perform cost accounting functions, including product costing, cost variance analysis, and standard cost updates.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Provide cost insights to support pricing strategies, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

Systems & Process Management

• Manage and maintain accounting workflows within Oracle NetSuite.
• Optimise system usage for reporting, financial control, and process automation.
• Support internal controls, compliance requirements, and continuous process improvements.

Business Support

• Work closely with the Managing Director to provide financial insights, forecasts, and decision support.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial performance monitoring.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required due to statutory reporting and compliance responsibilities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or trading/manufacturing environments.
• Strong cost accounting experience and understanding of inventory and product costing.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with management and cross‑functional teams.
