Job summary
Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator / Control-M Support SME in Singapore to own administration, maintenance, upgrades, security, and incident resolution of the Control-M platform. You will collaborate with application, infra, security, and vendor teams to ensure platform stability and availability.
Key duties include managing EM/Servers/Agents, automation workflows, IaC provisioning with Ansible/Terraform, and integration support across enterprise
Qualifications
- Control-M Enterprise Manager, Server, and Agents administration experience.
- Experience with upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- Strong knowledge of HA/DR concepts and incident management.
- Familiarity with Control-M Automation API is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Control-M EM, Servers, and Agents.
- Manage configurations, security settings, and system administration tasks.
- Monitor health, connectivity, and platform availability; optimize performance.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and life-cycle management; validate post-upgrade results.
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and integration issues; contribute to problem management.
