Job summary

GIC in Singapore seeks an SRE Engineer to own the Control‑M batch scheduling estate, ensuring reliable, self‑healing workflows across enterprise workloads. You will design, implement, and operate the Control‑M environments, aligning with resilience standards and partnering with application, infra, cloud, and security teams.

As the Control‑M SME, you will automate recovery, lead upgrades, and build observability dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Control‑M / batch scheduling or equivalent in IT/Financial environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Control‑M Enterprise Manager, Server, and Agents.

Responsibilities

• Own Control‑M platform end to end, ensuring reliable batch schedules.
• Automate recovery and self‑healing workflows with Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Integrate Control‑M with CI/CD pipelines (Jobs‑as‑Code) and ITSM/monitoring tools.
• Lead platform upgrades, high‑availability configurations, and capacity planning.
• Develop dashboards and runbooks to improve observability and reduce incidents.
