Qualifications

• At least seven years in enterprise software pre-sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in Control-M or comparable workload automation platforms.
• Practical understanding of job scheduling, batch automation, data pipelines.
• Ability to assess enterprise architectures and feasibility of integrations.
• Proven experience delivering presentations, workshops, and proofs of value.
• Experience supporting complex sales cycles and RFP responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand requirements and design value-driven solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across business, IT, and ops.
• Assess customer's environment, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Identify automation, reliability, and scalability improvements.
• Design Architectures using Control-M for workflows and data pipelines.
• Deliver workshops, product demos, and proofs of value.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs and guide technical responses.
• Translate technical concepts into business outcomes for all audiences.
• Collaborate across sales, product, services, and partners.
• Stay aware of enterprise architecture and digital transformation priorities.
