Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Control-M Administration, Enterprise Scheduling, or Platform Support.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents, upgrades, patches, migrations, and HA/DR.
• Experience with Control-M Automation API and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Shell).
• Familiarity with IaC (Ansible/Terraform) and integration troubleshooting.
• Exposure to incident, problem, and change management in production environments.
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations and disaster recovery activities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Control-M Administrator / Control-M Support SME to manage and support the enterprise Control-M scheduling platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform administration, performance optimization, automation, integrations, upgrades, and L2/L3 operational support. This role requires close collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of the Control-M environment. The position also requires participation in a 24x7 support model, including shift rotations, on-call support, major incident response, and disaster recovery activities.

Responsibilities

Integration and Automation

• Support and maintain integrations between Control-M and enterprise applications, APIs, monitoring, and ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, API, and configuration issues affecting integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency.
• Support Control-M Automation API and Job-as-Code (JaaC) implementations where applicable.

Incident & Operational Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for Control-M platform and integration-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Support change, release, and problem management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Participate in major incident management, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity exercises.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and security policies.

Requirements
