LTD. seeks an experienced Control-M Administrator / Support SME to own the Control-M platform, ensure health, stability, and performance across the Enterprise scheduling environment. The role emphasizes administration, upgrades, integrations, and automation in a 24x7 support model.

You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive improvements, resolve incidents, and deliver reliable scheduling services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Control-M Administration across Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents.
• Capability to manage upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills within a 24x7 support context.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents.
• Configure calendars, resources, alerts, and escalation policies for reliability.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management; validate post-upgrade health.
