Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to manage enterprise scheduling and provide L2/L3 support in a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes platform administration, performance tuning, automation, and integrations with APIs and ITSM systems.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Control-M environments, experience with Automation API, and proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Python, and shell scripting. The position involves shift rotations and disaster recovery activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Control-M Administration, Enterprise Scheduling, or Platform Support.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents, upgrades, patches, migrations, and HA/DR.
• Experience with Control-M Automation API and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Shell).
• Familiarity with IaC (Ansible/Terraform) and integration troubleshooting.
• Exposure to incident, problem, and change management in production environments.
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations and disaster recovery activities.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and optimize Control-M with enterprise applications, APIs, monitoring, and ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, API, and configuration issues affecting integrations.
• Develop automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Implement IaC to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.
• Support Control-M Automation API and Job-as-Code implementations.
• Provide L2/L3 incident and operational support for the Control-M platform and integrations.
• Participate in major incidents, DR testing, and ITIL-aligned change management.
