What the role is:

Contracts Executive

What you will be working on:

As a Contracts Executive, you will be part of a dynamic procurement team. You will assist the Building Manager in streamlining and managing data for the procurement office and play an important role by providing IT support to end users throughout the entire procurement cycle, from pre‑tender activities, contracts management and post‑contract administration. Your job scope includes data processing and management, system administration, database maintenance, report generation, digital workflow optimisation, and ensuring data integrity across procurement systems. You will also help the procurement office digitalise current manual processes by identifying automation opportunities, implementing digital solutions, and transitioning paper‑based workflows to electronic systems. You will be exposed to managing and maintaining various IT systems that support procurement operations, including tender management platforms, contract databases, document management solutions, analytics dashboards, and other digital tools that facilitate efficient procurement processes. You will also work with stakeholders to understand and support their requirements as needed.

You should have background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields, be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and passion for service delivery. You must be a good team player. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
