Job summary

A global business and technology partner in Singapore is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to provide operational support for mission-critical systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing OS patching, and managing incidents while ensuring high availability. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in Level 2 support for mission critical 24x7 production support.
  • At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents.
  • Preferably certification in Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 support operations for mission-critical system.
  • Perform OS patching for Windows Servers and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Investigate and resolve application incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
  • Ensure proper closure of incidents and problems.
  • Perform operational impact assessments for changes.
