Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is recruiting for a 6-month contract role in Singapore's Science Park to support customers and manage orders. You will handle inquiries, process orders in ERP, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer service or order management, good communication, and experience with SAP. This role offers exposure to cross-functional operations and contract coordination.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Able to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries on product, maintenance, rental, price and delivery.
• Create new customers in the system and screen partners.
• Process orders in ERP, schedule jobs, quote and invoicing.
• Check stock with factory/suppliers and coordinate delivery.
• Support service contracts, renewals and scheduling.
• Liaise with engineers, sales and CS team on queries.
