Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Customer Service / Order Management / Service Coordination professional in Singapore. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, and SAP DW1 experience focused on the service module.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders in ERP, coordinating schedules, ensuring invoicing accuracy, and liaising with suppliers and logistics to maintain smooth operations for local

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination.
SAP DW1 experience especially on the service module.
Exposure to engineering, medical device or technical service industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers enquiries on product, maintenance, rental, price and delivery.
Create new customer in system and screen partners.
Process orders in ERP, schedule jobs, prepare quotes, and handle invoicing per policy.
Check stock availability with factory/suppliers.
Administer service tools, rental orders, and liaise with suppliers/logistics.
Coordinate with engineers, sales and CS team on queries and deliveries.
Monitor open orders and unbilled transactions.
Support service sales on contracts, rental and spares for local and overseas customers.
