Job summary

A leading digital advertising firm in Singapore is hiring a digital expert to manage key processes on ad server implementation and data governance. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in ad operations, strong client management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who understands all aspects of the digital advertising business. You will be responsible for managing key internal and external process on ad server implementation, and site tagging strategy and data governance in order to drive campaign efficiency andleading technical expertise. As a digital expert you will beconfident with internal and external client managementandclear in delivering our TAAG (Technology and Activation Group) point of viewand recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

This role will help execute the start-to-end digital campaign management process, including:

  • Help provide insights & consultation to digital media teams to assist in identifying technology opportunities and vendors
  • Oversight of campaign implementation to ensure that all partners adhere to naming convention rules necessary to facilitate timely & accurate digital data and reporting
  • Involvement in all campaign related status calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with any external creative agency partners to explain creative specifications as needed
  • Provide consistent and accurate campaign trafficking and updating based on creative direction
  • Provide external partners with appropriate campaign tags for trafficking
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to creative, ad serving, tagging, etc.
  • Client brand safety enforcement and data governance support
  • Assist Media Teams and Analysts with monitoring via various reporting deliverables where requested.
Qualifications
  • min. 3+ years ad/ tech operations experience
  • Vast experience and knowledge of digital ad operations and associated technology and partners
  • Must have general knowledge of digital advertising space and must have a good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Preferred candidate will have digital experience with running online campaigns, code including HTML & JavaScript, site tag management systems, etc.
  • Technology experience in standarad ad servers and preferably with hands-on experience in Flashtalking/Innovid
  • Able to commit to a 6-months contract
