Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the Company from contractual and business perspectives.
- Advising on all relevant policy, compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to cybersecurity & data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, digital and technology laws under the general context ofthe company's Procurement.
- Advising on and managing contracting documentation and processes.
- Working in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (A degree in Law and/or PQE gained in practice or in-house would be an advantage)
- A second degree in IT or familiarity with Digital / IT industries, IT architectures is a plus.
- An agile, astute and analytical legal, business and IT oriented mind
- A constructive and proactive attitude and approach towards innovation and tech developments, always keen to learn and adapt
- Excellent applied compliance and regulatory, contracting and negotiation competencies with high capacities, to provide agile, accurate and effective advice, in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing constructive and collegial teamwork, within department and with other departments and stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
