A Singapore-based construction firm is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead the full tender lifecycle for high-value infrastructure projects. You will manage commercial negotiations and ensure contract compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a similar leadership role, along with a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying. The role offers a competitive salary up to S$8,500, along with performance bonuses and a 5-day work week.
Up to S$8,500 Basic + Performance Bonus.
Leading the full tender lifecycle, commercial negotiations, and contract compliance for high-value infrastructure projects.
12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a similar leadership capacity.
5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
Location: Textile Centre (Jalan Sultan) with occasional site visits.
This position is with a well-established, Singapore-based general building contractor licensed as a BCA Grade A1 Contractor (CW01) and B1 Contractor (CW02). The firm is a Registered BCA Licensed Builder (General Builder Class 1) known for delivering major public and private construction projects exceeding $100 million in contract value. The role is part of a diversified construction and engineering group involved in building, metal works, and machinery services.
Manage full spectrum of Tender process.
Review contract documents.
Cost, change and claim management.
Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
Monitor and manager project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent field.
Proficiency in Standard Forms of Contract, including PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS.
Strong background in Quantity Surveying, contract law, the SOP Act, and dispute resolution.
Direct experience in projects with contract values surpassing $100 million.
Proven ability to lead tender teams and manage complex commercial environments.
