Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you provide comprehensive legal support to the General Counsel for De Nora Water Technologies in EMEA and Singapore. You review bids, contracts, and NDA-like documents, advise on risk and liability, and help manage contractual obligations across multiple regions. You will support project managers, assist in early-stage disputes, and contribute to legal process improvements. The position blends contract drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable compliant, commercial outcomes at scale.

• Contractual analysis, drafting and review of contracts for EMEA and Singapore
• Prepare contract comments and client‑specific amendments (often via Excel)
• Negotiate contract terms in internal and client meetings (Teams, occasionally in person)
• Collaborate with IP, Compliance, and external insurance brokers on contract matters
• Support CRM‑based internal approval processes (Salesforce) and maintain contract repository
• Update general terms and conditions for regional entities
• Conduct jurisdiction‑specific legal research and assist in disputes
• Assist in training Sales, Purchasing, Execution, and Engineering teams
• Help organise compliance and policy dissemination (export controls, anti‑bribery)
• Support Legal Tech initiatives and evaluation of AI tools to streamline processes
