• Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner.
• Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
• Schedule worker overtime during peak periods.
• Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules.
• Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order.
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers.
