Job Description :

Site Engineers person oversee the on-site activities for projects, manage construction operations, and ensure that plans and specifications are accurately implemented. They are responsible for coordinating with the team, resolving technical issues, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project execution. Ensuring safety, health and environment conformation

Requirements:

• To assist the Director to manage and responsible for defining project scopes, objectives, plans and performance to ensure the completion of project deliverables according to required standards and client expectations
• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.
• Ensure and responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.
• Monitor & Coordinate Project Progress and responsible for all site inspection, planning and other site activities, etc..
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
• To lead painting team and assist to implement new coating system
• Conduct monthly governance meeting with contractors, performing performance review and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Assist on variation orders, addition/omission, extension of time for Contracts.
• Ensure the closure of final accounts and outstanding invoices issue due to contract expiry as and when necessary.
• Assist the Head of Marketing to lead a team of marketing professionals to create innovative business and marketing plans.
• Align regional strategies with global vision, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor sales trends and implement plans to maximize brand impact.
• Provide clear guidance to direct reports, setting objectives and priorities.
• Strategically plan and execute product launches in line with marketing strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years on construction sites and Ability to supervise labor, contractors, and subcontractors
