Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project coordination and site management. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in the local construction industry and can manage architectural coordination while using project management software. The successful candidate will lead the Projects Department and work with various stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading the Projects Department.
• Strong knowledge in construction methods and practices.
• Ability to speak Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Handle all trades of works on-site.
• Set up and maintain project control system and work schedules.
• Review project-related correspondence, including progress reports and proposals.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works.
