Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in A&A and private residential projects. The remuneration ranges from SGD 5,000 to 6,500 per month, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Direct experience in A&A and private residential (landed house) projects is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initiation to closeout.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Create, monitor, and update project master schedules.
• Guarantee all site activities comply with building regulations and safety requirements.
• Scrutinize project drawings and documents, identifying and resolving technical conflicts.
• Perform routine site inspections to monitor work progress.
• Manage project costing and optimize labor and materials allocation.
• Compile accurate and timely progress reports and documentation.
