Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to manage and lead a team of M&E Coordinators and BIM Modellers. The ideal candidate should have a degree in M&E Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

Job Summary
  • Basic Salary: $7000 - $9000
  • Location: Changi
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm & Alt Saturday, 8am-5pm
  • Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of M&E Coordinators and BIM Modellers for design and coordination works.
  • Attend technical and site meetings with consultants and relevant parties.
  • Review M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Coordinate M&E planning, interfacing works, and document control, including monitoring drawing and sample submission status.
  • Prepare, organise, and manage M&E coordination drawings and construction documents.
  • Ensure M&E works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise site progress and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule.
  • Report technical or site issues to the Project Director / Project Manager.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in M&E Engineering recognised by PEB, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Efficient with good analytical ability and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
